will Simi give up lecturing at the university?

I'm just wondering whether Simi will be willing to give up her job as history lecturer at the university? Is this a well-paid position? I wonder if she gives her salary to her parents as her brother was supposed to do? Did you see the wad of money she put in her purse to pay for the abortion? I doubt if she would want to give up her position. What do you think?

Yes, I was wondering about that too. Mili mentioned something about her masters degree. I seriously think Simi is going ahead with the marriage with Nukul. Anuj leaving the house and Anita taunting her as to whether she is waiting for a film start to sweep her off her feet at this age were harsh. Her father is in a financial bind, Neetu is knocked up and her mother is always on her case. I think Simi is ready to tie the knot with Nukul and is willing to give up on Abhi - just wait for next weeks episodes.

My guess is there will be a rona dohna scene with Simi begging Abhi to let her go and forget about her and that she plans to marry Nukul. Simi will be sobbing that Abhi is too young for her and no-one will allow her to marry him. Neither family will tolerate it

Abhi will beg and become even more serious in tying to get back RS store

That's the possible direction the creative team will take.

She got that wad of cash because she sold her books that she was using to get her degree. That's why she gave that box full of books to Mili to give to her friend. And then Mili gave her a questioned look and told her that these are her books for her masters.

If she gives up her job then what is she going to do? Why lose an existing job that is paying though paying less and she wasn't permanent yet.
wad of cash? I don't remember seeing that .. I must have missed few minutes maybe !? Need to watch it again.

no, on second thoughts, let me think, she kept some money in her bag before she leaves to the clinic and Mili asks her about the stack of books ...so r u telling she sold those books and got the money?

Yes, and that's the only reason why the topic of books would be brought up.

So, if the books are sold, they why are they still at home? How come she got the money before the person to whom she sold the books hasn't taken the books?

Laila...those are my worst fears too about KB and the direction it is going right now...quite possible it will happen 😡

no idea when she goes to college for the lecturing but at the moment all she does is keep lecturing our poor Abhi 😡

It happens a lot in colleges in the US. people always buy books from others and obviously one would want the money before giving the books. also when you buy things online you always pay first and then recieve your purchase so why not in real life.

I'm sure Simi does not walk around with that box telling people to but the books. She probably saw that her friend needed the books and she needed the money so she took the money and gave the books later.

Anyways it's not that serious of an issue.
