This will really be a twist. But Khemi is now pregnant with Arjan's child. So if Arjan dies , I am not sure if Gujju culture allows the brother to marry his bhabi. I doubt that very much.

Khemi can't marry Hiten even if anything happens to Arjan. This time again, maasi relationship and then bhabi relationship also. I don't think that Gujju culture or any Hindu culture allows for such a relationship.

No way.....Hitmi are gone way back not possible at all...
