daya sir is very strong character in c.i.d.

daya sir is like a inspiration to child also we see honesty ,moral and ethics in daya's roll love ,flirting and marriage we are seeing in all serials let c.i.d. be clean and without personal life by involving marriage life.😳

Maybe setumehta is trying to say that CID is just different from all the romantic stuff you get to see everywhere on TV nowadays, and if Daya gets married, then they might as well destroy the seriousness of the show by showing too many romantic scenes, not to mention the small percentage of people who find romantic scenes indecent. So, it's fine, and maybe, great the way it is.

They must not show romantic scenes and all that...but it will be nice if Daya gets married and has kids...same with Abhijeet.

Honestly the actors themselves are aging(especially Daya). He looks a lot older in the last few episodes and the difference is more prominent as they are showing the old episodes in the afternoons where he looks really young and handsome. 😉

It will not be nice to see them with greying hair and still remaining bachelors on screen. At some stage they either have to get married or leave the show(though I don't want this to happen)

yaar rehne b do naa. CID is a crime-thriller (even though i dont mind Daya n Abhi doin romantic scenes 😳 ) but still BACHELORS? naah. yeah yaar they shud get married ☺️ specially with other officers (Abhi-Taarika n Daya - Tasha )

Me too don't want Inspector Daya to get married. This character is my dream man and i don't want to see any girl around him. I know its stupid but these are the only things in life that we can get silly with. Oh No Daya sir please stay a bachelor forever.

For the past 12 years, there have been many good cases and Daya and Abhijeet had remained as bachelors. Its high time that they tie the knots. Moreover this will be a test for them to maintain the right balance between marital life as well as their duty. The show has to take a further step by getting these dashing officers married.

Show must move on as well as life of these officers must also move on....... Just be practical and they could show not both of these all together but one of first getting married and how they balance life after that and is there any prob exist in between their friendship or not..

O God why is everyone behind geting these two married, its not going to add anything to the show, which is about crime investigation. Its not a family drama nor needs to turn into a tutor showing how to balance personal and professional lives. I never undeerstood the concept of marriage being the only option to show progress in life. Not everyone HAS to get married. Its not be all and end all of life.
