Santu did the 'unthinkable' (atleast by her standards) of slapping her elder sister when she caught her with Hiten because their relationship was all wrong then and was even willing to sacrifice her marriage. Now, the same old ghost of 'maasi-bhanja' relationship has come to haunt again and the two sisters seem to be blissful in their new found relationship of saas-bahu.
Nanaji gave a big bhashan to Khemi about how unnatural it is to even dream of marrying her 'bhanja' after she returned from the 'elopement'. Yet, he too seemed quite OK with this situation thrown up by Arjan turning out to be DM's son (or atleast that is what every one believes now). Are things any different from what they were just because Arjan and Khemi are already married?
If the villagers had not questioned the strange relationship, I doubt anyone in the Wagela or Mahiyavanshi household would have objected to Arjan-Khemi relationship. I am glad that the villagers brought this issue up and hope Khemi leaves that distrustful arrogant chauvinistic wifebeater.
Anyway looks like this track will be a kichchdi of the cow slaughter case track (where Santu was conveniently made the judge) and Hiten-Khemi track (where the maasi-bhanja relationship was brought up). Looks like BT has now started recycling within the show and not just across shows.
