CAN ANY ONE HELP ME?

can any one give th brief introduction about this suhaani and adhiraj's story because i have not seen the serial from when they arrived and i m very confused about this whole story plz can ayone tell me the story in brief so that i can understand who is adhiraj and suhani and why they came to the serial?

Adhiraj is Babloo from Indore, whose come to Mumbai to meet Nupur. But on the very first day he meets Suhani who introduces herself as Nupur to all as she needs to end the differences between her and Samrat. Samrat and Suhani are siblings and were seperated due to thier parents divorce. Suhani helps the gang in making Adhiraj away from Nupur and Adhiraj who believes Suhani to be Nupur falls in love with her.
This week, the truth is out that Suhani changed her name to Nupur sort the differences with Samrat. Samrat and Adhiraj are in shock. And the Gang is now planning to get the things right for All.
