Three Fame Gurukul contestants have signed five-year contracts each with music company, TIPS.

Confirming this, Kavita Lakhani, on behalf of TIPS, said, "We have signed Shamit Tyagi, Mona Bhatt and Arijit Singh under artist management contract for a five year period."
Career management
Explaining the nature of the agreement, she said, "From here on, we will manage the careers of these guys. This includes launching music albums, doing promotions and staging music concerts."

March release
The first album that features all three contestants is ready for a March release.
"We took them under our umbrella after listening to their singing and watching them perform in Fame Gurkul. All of them are highly talented and have the requirements we are looking for."
Will they be also singing songs for films produced by the company? "Of course they will render services to us as and when required.
It however wont stop them for singing outside the banner."
