Uffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff nowadays Karol Baagh has started introducing unnecessary secenes to aDD Extra Melodrama😲

And OMG the Guard stepped on his hands that was WAY TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Much to digest Bcos in India we generally do not put feet on anything n the question of an employee crushing an Old man's hands in a Bank is somewhat unbeleivable!!

Was it the Bank Manager's fault that Anuj got the FD encasehed? Was it the manager's fault that Rajinder sethi started Shouting at him that YOUR BANK IS A FRAUD..?? Yes,It was Rajinder who started shouting ..... the manager 1st tried to explain it might have been a mistake on Rajinder's part since he's so preoccupied with other things.. Mr Sethi could've requested the manager politely to look into the matter in case anyone else has cheated him but he started shuting n accusing the bank😲

What would any Commercial place do rather than calling guards if someone So Hot tempered shouts in their Premises calling them fraud??

rajinder ,as a person is VERY Impulsive..... a person needs to be cool minded to tackle situations. well .... he needs to join meditation or something or in this age such pangs of shouting n temper are not good for him😲

I know he over reacted but imagine gong to the bank to take out your lifetime savings and someone telling you that your account is empty. That is a great shock and the thought of someone taking out the money like Anuj was beyong RS' wildest dreams. So at that moment he lost his cool and was hyperventilating at the fact that his lifesavings were gone. He had no option rather than blaming the bank Because there is no way his monoey could have just disappeared.

I agree RS 's behavior was improper. But the man is desperate and have no clue his offspring cashed his FD. He thinks bank ppl took his hard earned money when he needed it most.

How a person to behave in such situation?

I would do the same infact I have raised my voice at issues screaming at US banks . and I was always given support and co-operation. calming me down.

Manager would have explained and be calmer to RS.

RS did ask for expalanation before he raised his voice.

I think any one will think that his money is embazzled by bank employees under the circumstances and demand an explanation. angrily.

Manager had no business talking like that but would have ask him to wait and while he looks for the proof.

I thought FD's are cashed only after you sign them in the back. so who signed them or Anuj filed application giving RS's signature to cash the FD.

RS shouted because -

2. Bank manager assumes that he old man has lost his senility bcos of happenings in his life.

That remark was totally uncalled for by the Bank Manager. Bank manager should have shown the fact to RS about what was in the file - like who signed when they encased rather than pass a personal remark.
Anyone in RS's place in the current circumstances he is in and still trying to stand up would get really mad and yes, would shout too.

But the creatives melo-dramatized the whole thing. In reality it might not happen like that.
