When nobody wished Divyanka Tripathi
Its 'Banoo Main Teri Dulhan' fame Divyanka Tripathi's birthday today and the actress has been flooded with phone calls and messages since mid-night. While others party hard on their birthdays, this birthday girl plans a quite birthday with friends.
When asked about life till today the beautiful actress says, "This birthday girl is enjoying her life and wants to do some good work on television. I have cut 4-5 cakes since mid night and celebrated with friends because my family is in Bhopal. I spoke to my family over the phone and my dadaji and dadiji showered their blessings on me."
What does she ask from God on her special day? "I do not reveal my wishes but I can talk about one of them and that is to work for TV and play some good characters" says the actress. So, how many wishes has she asked for? "1, 2, 3, 4, 5… I want everything…" she laughs.
But doesn't her birthday seem incomplete without a party, "I'm a not throwing any big party tonight but of course I'll be meeting my friends and we will have a get together. I think they have been planning a surprise party for me but I am not expecting anything as it hurts if expectations are not fulfilled."
Which has been her most memorable birthday? "On my 16th Birthday nobody wished me till evening. Later in the evening my mother told me that we were going shopping and I thought finally, she remembered and may be its for my birthday party but when I asked her the reason for shopping she said it was for an upcoming wedding to be attended. When we went out she stopped in front of a restaurant where all my friends had gathered to wish me and I was delighted. It was very sweet of her to do this for me" says actress sharing her best birthday memory.
