Television's handsome hunk Sharad Kelkar who is currently seen as the mighty Thakur in the serial 'Bairi Piya' that airs on Colors, seems to be in deep trouble, so much so, that it is interfering with his work.
Wait… before you jump on to any conclusion, let us clarify that no one is harassing him, but it is a tinsy-winsy eye infection that is troubling him. The macho actor says, "Yes, I have got an eye infection, but I have been constantly shooting, since 'Bairi Piya' is a daily show therefore shooting has to be completed on time."
Devoted entirely to his work, Sharad even doesn't mind the pain while shooting a scene or during make up, he says, "It does pain and burn, but I try to hide it beneath layers of make up and continue with my shoot. The crew and production people are very co-operative, as they let me rest for 15-20 minutes after every hour."
The actor seems to be quite dedicated to his work, but isn't everyone allowed sick leaves once in a while.
Though not for Sharad it seems, as he says, "I have been shooting in this condition since the last 4-5 days and have managed my look with the help of make-up. One can't blame anybody for it, as this is the world of television and telecast has to be broadcasted on time, so work has to be done. Today I took half day off, as there is no telecast lined up."
Well looks like Sharad is a firm believer in the fact that 'the show must go on'.
