Nihira VS Himani

I LOVE BOTH!!!!!!!!!so who you like better Nihi or Hima 😉

This is not Himani's type of song. This song fits right into Nihira's genre. If they were singing a song like Chittiye, a folk song, or even a dance or item, I think Himani would have done better. By looking at one song, you can't compare the two.

I can still admit Nihira is more trained than Himani, though Himani is very good.

Please don't compare Himani with Nihira. Himani is no where close to Nihira.

I don't hate Himani, but I rate her in the lines of Usha Uthap-- remember 'Rambha Ho'?

Although Himani may sing in somewhat the same style as Usha Uthap, she still has a small amount of sweetness and richness which comes out in songs like Chittiye and Jiya Dhadak. Download Kal Ho Naa Ho. When I heard Himani's part, I was shocked. She sounded really sweet (though not as sweet as Nihira.)

Nihira - Versitile
In my oppinion, the only truely versitile singer on this show was Ujjaini. Being versitile doesn't mean just being able to sing the songs, but put the right feeling and energy into it. Listen to Ujjaini singing her Black song and the listen to her Salaame. When she sings a sad song, you can feel the saddness. When she sings fast upbeat songs, the energy and the feeling is there. It is true Nihira can sing all types of songs, but rarely can she put feeling. When she sang Dufli Waale, I did not feel the joy. When she sang Rangeela Re, I did not feel the sensuality or energy. When she sang Saara Jahan Kahin Ishq Hai Jhoota, she sang well but there was no energy. The only song of Nihira that really touched my was her Rahen Na Rahen Hum.

I don't know whether Himani is versitile. She showed she could sing different types of songs before the agnipareeksha (Rangeela Re - the one by lata, and Bhagban) but never really sang out of her genre much. May she could or couldn't. I don't know???

I am not saying I like Himani and Ujjaini better than Nihira. As I said before, I think Nihira is more trained than all the girls in the show. After her HRHK, I have no doubt she is the most vocally talented.

I know that most people will disagree with me, but I still feel it is important to say what I feel. I don't feel Nihira is the most versitile.

Nihira's singing was the most matured; you can tell she has been exposed to performing consistently

Ujaaini's tonal quality and the emotion was best; consistency is what cost her the elimination

himani is a folk singer, technically perfect, but voice range limited

Both HIMANI and NIHIRA are UNPARALLED in their own areas.There is no comparison between the two of them.
But HIMANI is better looking. 😉 😉

All three songs were Punjabi songs.How do you expect Nihira to sing a Punjabi song better than Himani when she is a Maharashtrian?

Give Himani a Maharashtrian song,and see how she fares.Himani is just a clever girl,she played to her strengths.That does not mean she is a good singer.The mentors did injustice towards Nihira and so did the Gajendra.

Sachin has never been arrogant though he has achieved in his field what Vinit can never dream of achieving.
