My vote goes to the one and only Kapil Dev. He was absolutely amazing, very statesmanlike, truly inspirational, did not try to comment on music and make an ass of himself (as did Navjot Sidhu, Ayesha Takia, Shahid Kapoor, and so many more), and did a great job using cricketing metaphors and similes (which are his strength) to appreciate good singing.
Still remember him comparing Nihira's smooth singing (cannot hear you take a breath) with a great athletes run (where you cannot here the feet touch the ground!), also talking about Hemachandra's passion which will ensure that he will reach the pinnacle of success, and more!
