I dont think this kind of stuff is specific to a place but more to a mindset. One of the ladies who comes to mind when i think of this lived in Delhi........ in Kidwai nagar actually. I grew up in Hyderabad, which is a smaller city and also more conservative but not only did i c what u talk abt but the other end of the spectrum as well.

I mean we all get irirtated to tell you tthe truth I got only one child and he exactly knows how to push all my button and send me on the edge. But even in my dreams I will not tell him that.

I have 2 daughters, 12 and 6. it snowed in Houston today and the 6yr old wanted to make a snowman from 1" of snow............. she argued and argued right from 3 to 8PM when I finally lost it and told her " u c what ill do to u if u dont drop it now"
I do tell them stuff usually followed by "or else" just dont follow thru on the or else part 😉

I agree with BEWAJAH..... Thanks Bewajah for putting your thoughts So nicely!
It pains to see how some Moms think they're right n perfect n they Criticize other Moms and what's even more pitiful is they Do think their Moms were horrible😕

Mothers are the best people in this world.....well MOSt moms are.... including ManjujI👍🏼 she doesn't even take care of herself(look at her in comparison to dolly Chachi n Anita's stylish Mom) but she's ALWAYS concerned about her children and their secure future n happiness!!

I have not seen a single post here criicizing their own mom. we are talking about manju and that is all. and yes every one is enttitled to his/sher opinion. ther eis no need to criticize members.

Well, you have a point. She is concerned about her children but doesn't know how to show it in an appropiate way.
