i think adhiraj knows gunjan is nupur's sis..& presently as he thinks suhani is nupur so beilives gunjan is suhani's sis....i dnt think gunjan has ever called nupur(original) di in frnt of adhiraj..

if u all remember whn adhiraj had come with suhani to have coffee to her house..tht time gunjan had gone to stop him and jst distract him from suhani..tht time he was sweet with gunjan coz he knew she is nupur's sis so he didnt even as k her wht she is doing in nupur's house so late..bt whn he saw nupur(phoolmati for adhiraj)..he immediately questioned her wht she is doing there??...so adhiraj knows tht gunjan is nupur's sis.
