Hey guys did rimjhim knew before she was going to die and never told the family about dis. because i read the update and all she can say is that she needs to reunite the family before she can dies.

Any ideals?

She had womb cancer much earlier in the show (when she was pregnant with Megha). The cancer has come back now.

Yup, there was a article about it too. I am pretty sad that it will end in Rimjhim's death, but it had to happen sometime. It's going to be a very sad ending, too...I think it'll probably end with Rimjhim taking her last breaths or something.
