Kudos to Shahid for all the hard work he's put in!! It takes real strength of mind to achieve that kind of discipline.And to all ye who pass judgement, it's the easiest thing in the world to shrug off months of hard work with a single disparaging comment. How about giving credit where it's due for a change?

I credit anyone and everyone who's worked on their body, regardless of whether they got a 6 pack or not. I would give SRK, Aamir, and Salman a lot of credit because they're not the young lot. It's tough to acquire such a good body at that age. Shahid definitely deserves a lot of credit, however, being a veg who doesn't even eat eggs. Kudos to all these guys for taking the effort to stay healthy!
