You see Maulik is a boy with an inherent weakness in character. He is abusive, whinny, shifty and totally confused while totally lacking in self esteem. And Shardul brings these characteristics out into the forefront with ease (irritating though the character itself may be).

Shardul is doing an excellent job as the whiny Maulik! Shardul is very sweet in real life, so he has to put all the effort in to being so mean and nasty😆
