I am completely bowled over by Rumpa's mom...👏
I love the way she is concerned about her daughter and future..As a person who has led her life and has some experience about life, she is doing the correct thing..
As a girl who went into the arranged marriage set-up myself, I can really relate to her..Any wise and sensible mother would be cautious and forsee how any relationship that starts under pressure and sacrifices is not always a happy one...👏
Hats off to her for standing up for what she feels strongly about...and its a shame how Rumpa was answering back..she seemed so spoilt and stubborn, disregarding her mother on national TV.
I was also very impressed by her when she called Priyanka in-between to give her something to eat..she is like a true affectionate mother. Knowing that Priyanka is feeling left out in the absence of her family on the show, it really speaks volumes about her good nature to be caring for the girl.
This is not a thread to bash anyone, as above and apart from Rumpa/Priyanka issue, we are all humans..I really am happy that we got to see her real self on the show.
God know- If someone asks me to give up something for marriage, somewhere down the line the feeling will come in.
Also hated the way everyone was talking to her in the previews, esp Hitesh. We all need to learn to control what we say, esp. elders.
