Siddhanth is saying to the judge that I request you to reject Police's application for 21 days remand and grant bail to Kuku and Amro. If these people who are so kind and good hearted gets punishment in this case, then their belief in truth will be shattered. Their belif in law will be lost, and I know that the court would never like this to happen. After presenting his statement, Siddhanth sits down.
Gursheel and Goldie are tensed that Mr. Chawla is not saying anything. Judge asks Mr. Chawla if he wants to say anything, but he says nothing. Narangs are happy. Daljeet says to Omi did you see praji how his mouth is shut? The judge adjourns the court for half an hour for settling the case of Kuku and Amro's bail. Siddhanth comes out in the corridor and see the inspector talking with the ladies inspector. When he goes to them, the inspector walks away.
Daljeet, Ashok, Bebo and Amrit come out to meet siddhanth. Daljeet praises him and says wah, siddhanth praji! You did an amazing job. You turned the whole outlook of the case. Siddhanth says even though I am not known now but at one time I was a famous lawyer. Bebo tries to thank him but Siddhanth says there is no need to say anything. There are certain things because of which I am trying to prove myself. But I must warn you people not to arrive at conclusions so early because it is very difficult in such cases to get bail. I will try my level best but everything depends on judge's decision.
On the other side, Gursheel and Goldie are tensed. Goldie says if these people got bail, then what will happen? We were dreaming that they will get jail and spend their lives behind bars, and will rot in jail but now everything seems to change. Gursheel tells her to shut up. Goldie says I am saying the truth, I don't think the matter going in our direction. Didi, if Mommyji Papaji will get bail then I am going to throw myself at their feet. I will ask for their forgiveness. I will tell them that I got mis leaded and I was not in my senses. I am sure mommyji papaji will forgive me because they are so kind hearted. Gursheel tells her to shut up because all this talk is making her unable to think clearly. Goldie says there is no time to think because everything is finished. Gursheel says don't say like this Goldie. Our good time has started but I don't know from where these obstacles have come in our way. There must be some way to overcome them. She turns and see the women organization members chanting slogans. An idea hatches in her mind and she says to Goldie it looks as if God has listened our prayers.
Gursheel and Goldie went to those women organization members and gursheel starts crying and says you people are really late. The case has been heard in favor of Kuku and it looks like our side will never be heard. When the members ask what happened? Gursheel says the way this case is going looks like Kuku Amro will get bail in this session and once they get bailed my sister will never get justice. She calls Goldie and says look at her face. Her name will also be joined in the list of girls who didn't get justice. Money has great power. If once those people get out, the matter is finished. If these people come out they will seek revenge upon my sister. You people cannot do anything. You cannot make a girl get justice. We don't need any help from you people. All these banners are useless. You people should go as we don't need your help but remember that after some days you will be reading in the newspapers that an innocent girl like Goldie dies in hands of cruelty. Then you people will be satisfied. The leader says nothing like this can happen as long as we are here. Today, we will tell these people what our organization can do. Kuku Narang cannot get bailed. She tells the activists to follow her and goes inside the court. Goldie praises Gursheel and says people should learn from you how to convert single person fight into fight of others. Gursheel says now see, decision will be made on whose favor.
Judge was about to give his decision when Members of Women rights organization enter court chanting slogans against Kuku and police forces them to go out. When gursheel sees the activist being forced out, she whispers to Goldie that these slogans must not stop because this is our last hope. Judge says Police has requested for 21 days remand in this case. After taking all aspects into consideration and agreeing that Mr. Kuku Narang and Mrs. Amro Narang are not professional criminals nor do they have any track record, so the court thinks that there is no need for such a big remand. The court also agrees that allowing Kuku and Amro Narang out from the lock up can prove dangerous for this case. It is not because they are criminals but because their bahu still lives in their house, and it might be possible that the situation gets hard for her. This point cannot be ignored that rich people like Kuku Narang can easily manipulate evidences and witnesses in his favor. A very big blame has been put on Kuku and Amro Narang which is according to Article 498, is an unbailable offense. As the crime is not yet proved so the court has decided to send Kuku and Amro to police lock up for 10 days instead of remand of 21 days. The court dismisses their application for bail. Everyone is tensed but Gursheel Goldie and their lawyer Mr. Chawla are happy.
Kuku joins his hands and requests to judge, please listen to us and don't dismiss our bail application. My wife will not be able to bear 10 more days in the lock up. The judge does not answer. Bebo comes running to the judge and pleads him to accept the bail application but the judge remains silent and walks away. Bebo is consoled by Amrit, Daljeet and ashok. Police takes Kuku and Amro away. Bebo runs to them and hugs Kuku, crying. Kuku consoles her and says what will happen to us if you will lose hope. (Gursheel, Goldie and chawla goes out side from their side) Siddhanth says Uncle ji is right Bebo. We all have to have hope. He says to Kuku that you both will have to show maximum hope. I knew from the beginning that it is very difficult to get bail in such cases because the law sides with the girl. Kuku says how many times do we have to say that we are innocent. And why should Sardarniji suffer, when she has not done anything. Siddhant says this is what you believe, but the law doesn't. Kuku says the law will have to believe it. When we have not done anything, then why are we being humiliated? Will, the respect that I have earned through time, be lost like this? If they have so much liking to give punishment, then give it to me, I will bear it, but leave Sardarniji. Siddhanth tells him not to worry and assures that we will win this case. Police takes Kuku Amro away.
Outside the court, women rights activists are shouting slogans. Bebo tells Amro not to worry as we will keep on trying until you get bail. Gursheel and Goldie goes to women rights leader and tells her to about Kuku not getting bail, so they start chanting slogans. Siddhanth watches all this very keenly.
Gursheel and Goldie come to mr. Chawla. Mr. Chawla says these women rights activivts are the main strength of our case. Gursheel asks him about Siddhanth Chaudhary. Chawla says he was unable to do anything for his sister years ago, so now what can he do for Kuku Narang? Gursheel says just tell e that these people will not freed, right? Chawla says it is impossible for these people to get released. Just watch, how I will handle the case. These people will rot in jail for years. Walking towards the police car, Amro is tensed and her mind is whirling with the things said in the court. She faints and drops to the floor. Ashok grabs her. Daljeet, Bebo and Kuku are also worried. Gursheel and Goldie also watch everything. Police forces the family out of the way and somehow manages to make Amro sit in the van. Kuku also sits in and the van leaves for Police station.
Bebo is tensed and Siddhanth says that it is very urgent, I must talk to you. Bebo says no, I want to go to police station. Siddhanth says you don't have to go anywhere you must come with me. He takes Bebo inside the court to an empty room. Gursheel and Goldie are curious and decide to follow them.
