we r always quick to condemn others for their wrong doings but do we apply the same standards when our near & dear ones R involved ? eg underage driving, littering streets, eloping etc

hmm yes U do have a point there. Perhaps it hits us full force when someone close gets involved. Until hen its just third party.

Sometimes, emotions get in the way of logic. Despite this being a 'flaw' in human characteristics, I think it makes us who we are. If everyone logically rationalized everything, what good would this world be? We need a little bit of crazy to keep us going, right?

I think we are just made as such! It's something within that we far from have any control over. You'll try and correct one day, and in two days, you'll be back on the same track!

we've all condemned some person or the other at some point, we cant deny that
but then afterwards we sit and think abt "why did we condemn him/her when we have that same fault?"
