They saw what was really going on, not just the edited 20 mins we get to see, and they all strongly reacted in gurpreets favour. This reaction was shown clearly.

All the other mummies were strongly telling yash mom her approach was wrong, the mentors and audience were telling yash to not back down and so on.

Again only hitmom, and her puppet raj mom were, and even in them it was hitmom, mainly doing the talking...

In spite of that, idk what basis this claim that yash is mature etc. What yash is doing now is damage control when he saw the strong backlash. He shut down, met who he is told to meet, sleep and he made his mother shut up too.

First off , he never made his mother shut up, and nonone should ever even think of shutting up their mother, whjo has been on this earth far longer then them. He has lost interest in this show, because his mom was insulted so muc, and none of the girls are upto the mark, and gurpreet proved to be a douchebag, hence his uninterested approach.😕

This doesnt mean he is mature or any of those things. It means he backed off himself and told Gurpreet to go away also because he doesnt know how to handle his mother.

His maturity is reflected in the fact that, he recognized the kind of mean, petty and vindictive person gurpreet is, and that she can easily get swayed by people, and act irrationally, so he decided to just distance himslef from her. 🤢

The basic problem is still there. He has a fundamental communication gap with his mother.

Everyone has some generation gap with their parents, but you don't just up and leave ur parents for anyone just off the street who happens to catch ur fancy...🤢🤢, my close friend, who is single keeps falling for guys, off and on, then after a couple of months, they stop getting along, and the liking is over, so now, if one of those guys is not liked by her parents, and that guy disrespects her parents for rejecting him, you mean she should put her parents in place by telling them of, for someone she just met???...😲😲

Respect works both ways. Respect doesnt mean what Yash is doing. There is a way to respectfully convince somebody also. Respect doesnt mean becoming a doormat and letting the other person steamroller you when you and the whole world knows they are clearly wrong.

Who is wrong and who is not can be debated till the cows come home, but no solution will be reached, and i'm sure if yash would have felt, like gurpreet was good enough to convince his mom about her, he would have tried, he just didn't feel she was good enough for him , and hence didn't wanna argue with his mom regarding her...🤢🤢🤢

Finding a girl for him is not a live or die situation. Both mother and son know they shouldn't have to settle in the show in order to get Yash married to the right girl. They are not desperate like rest of the contestants. Look at the choices left. What is he suppose to do? After Nandita left there was no one decent left.

As your topic said lets not judge without thinking. What did he say that was so rude? Or when did he play with a girl's emotions?

I get so confused when I come to this forum. No one ever answers this question for me " what was he suppose to do??" He did not love Gur. Gur herself said she did not love Yash. His mother was against relationship and she proved on stage that she is too blunt for her own good and proved his mother's point. Where did he play with anyone's emotions? Gur pursued him not the other way around. It wasn't as if he sought her out , made promises of love and then deserted her.
