And why can't Veer and Jogi go to a lawyer and have the whole marriage thing dissolved..who and what is stopping them? Why????????????

A marriage is declared to be annulled where the law does not recognize it as a valid marriage.

A marriage is not valid at law where either person did not give their real permission eg:

they were not mentally capable of giving consent
they were mistaken eg as to the identity of the other party or the nature of the ceremony
there was duress or fraud, such as misrepresenting who you are or using threats or force to get permission.

coz then the serial will end quickly....and to make a serial go on for a long time, creatives dont use logical stuff.......thats y its more of fiction n drama.......

logic has no place in this reel life drama...............

if the serial has to be prolonged in a mindless fashion, then, such logic cannot be used :((

harjeet dear....do u really expect this much logic in a serial....also i think for thakurs to take desicion of divorce is not easy.....they r too conservative for that

Conservative yes, and plus....what would the society think....the izzat of the 2 families will be at stake if they go in for something like that...this is the mindset of the families that I am talking about.

I know somebody who got their marriage annulled the very next day. The whole family may not be conservative but bara tamasha hua tha.. 10% of the people were concerned while 90% wanted gossip. If being thakur means something like that on a bigger scale I can see why they would apprehensive.. but you know it turned out for the good both the bride and the groom are now happily married to someone else..

and veer and tap's have not yet signed marriage certificate
.the marriage isn't even legalized.
as soon as Veer goes to America, away fromm his family he will be a bachelor again! 😆

hellow people,,come back to real word here...such things only happens in real life but in movies and serials are very unpredictable and you cant make each episode run the way you want it run...whats the fun there...i know pple expect things but turns out in a different way...the story must go on so is sale if the main charecters meet...how there will be chaos and drama and emotions...and being in real life even thakurs have to think 100 times before taking such steps because in india there are places where pple still listen to their elders and to face any conflict does not end up in police or court...it get solves in the panchayat...and as far as my knowlege is that thakur does not leak out such infor out of their haweli...they normally sweep it under the floor and have to live with such situation....

hope it make sense what i wrote
