Hey guys!
Mujhe to Ameyria hua hi hai! But I have been observing that almost everyone, whether they hate every other contestant or not, like Amey.
What do you think is his appeal?

About Amey I think he is very humble and his simplicity which comes across. 👏

^ Agreed!!! I think its his sincerity ! When he sngs everyone is gripped!

And guys, lets talk about these more suntle traits of his rather than just smile, singing etc. We've been doign that forever in the Amey Date fan club page 😛

True. And there are a whole lot of us MEN out here who really really respect him for his singing and humility, and not his smile, looks, etc which is, IMO, not the right criteria to select your Indian Idol on. (A lot of girls find him cute etc, which is also good for his vote bank.)

Amey is OUTSTANDING as a singer and performer, and can there be a better reason to respect an artist than his art itself?

PS: I love singers whom you can identify the moment they open their mouth to sing, and Amey is one such guy. The moment he started Tanhai in the audition round, we knew this guy has stuff.

I love him first for his musical talent, outstanding ability to adapt, perform, sing, his approach to music. Then I love his simple personality, the soft-spoken yet fire in eyes kind of personality. I am a girl and I find him cute and handsome too. But that is all secondary. Talent and personality come first, especially talent. His one hell of of a singer/performer.

To be honest, its hard to pinpoint exactly WHAT IS so appealing about him. He is the complete package, both as a singer and person.

Yes. He is very sweet. My eyes were also wet when he told yesterday that his cousin was in his last days.
I feel he is "Raymonds - The complete man" and "Every body loves Raymond"

I voted for him in the galas though I'm a strong Karunya fan.

Amey has it all, he's got an intoxicating voice and is an amazing singer. He sings with feeling, performs well, is good looking, has a nice personality, and most importantly he's not arrogant about all of this. He seems down to earth. I think he is the only one who is doing justice to the Indian Idol platform. I will have a heart attack if he doesn't win...And I'll have a second heart attack if someone stupid wins on top of that. 😆
