I agree. I think it can be done. But the new lovers need to be so secure about eachother. On the other hand, like I said before, if the person has even slight feelings for the ex, it isin't over, is it??!! 😊

If the breakup was a mutual one, remaining friends may not be an issue. I guess it depends upon the person(s) involved in the situation. What kind of friendship does one hope to maintain - cordial (the "hi/hello" type) or "friends with benefits?" Also, one must ask themselves if the ex. more important than the one in the current relationship?

Rumpa stepped in too too soon. They were not ex yet. Many times people break up and then change their mind.

Rumpa got Hitesh on rebound and is killing Pooja with her stupid question.

One is not an ex till several month go by..it is all over ..in this case Rumpa stepped in very hot Pooja's shoes.

If Pooja changes her mind Rumpa should blame herself or Hitesh and his mom...not Pooja because she didn't ask Rumpa to take her place. Grumps has no business telling Pooja what to do and what not to do..

I don't think they were ex yet..Pooja broke up but she is allowed to change her mind..It is between Hitesh and her..(I hate the mom playing the central role).

I think you can be good friends with your Ex - provided a looooooooot of time has gone by and both of you have moved on. I think it would be very difficult to be friends with your ex when the wound is still raw!!!

It depends on the people. If two people were really in love and planned to be together and for some reason it did not end up that way I can't imagine them to be close friends. Specially when they are with new people. It's uncomfortable for everyone.

Now if you only dated for few weeks or simply liked each other it shouldn't be that big of a problem.

But it differes person to person.
