actally its my friends prob..
he lives in india nagur and he is vry rich businessman and very nice guy he truely loves a girl in ahmedhabad but the prob is her parents does not agree with the proposal ... the girl also truely loves him .. and he cant live without her , his family is willing to except her .. her father says he needs bigger richer man then him and we ll not send our girl to nagpur.He is willing to keep her happy in every way.
so plz help my friend gv some good advices to convince her father to get his daughter married to him

He needs to convince the parents that he can keep her happy. That money may provide security, but he will be the one there for her.

For now they believe that money = security = happiness. He needs to meet up with them, if they feel that he is a decent guy that will keep their daughter happy, then they might agree to the match.

On a serious note, the girl and the guy should try to convince the girl's parents together. All parents want their daughters to be happy. And the issues you've listed are not even big ones (like if it was religion, caste problems then it would be a bit harder).

But in this case, the girl should talk to her parents that she truly loves him and will be happy with him. The guy should meet her parents and try to convince them that he will always keep her happy.

As you said he's rich and as long as that he's in good shape to start off a family. Money can buy comfort but not happiness. In this case money can buy comfort for her and he will always keep her happy. Sounds like a great marriage to me! Just calmly try and convince her parents.
