Bharti is still banging the door while Omkar locks it from outside. As he turns, he sees Arman standing there with a shocked expression on his face. The brothers argue about what is right and what is wrong whilst Arman asking his brother to treat Bharti properly and not like some animal and Omkar countering that wives are treated the same way if they cross their limits and that Arman just might have to behave the same way if he marries second time, in order to keep his wife from running away just like the 1st one. This hurts Arman a lot and Omkar apologizes, walks away from him, asking him to come for lunch. Bharti's banging disturbs Arman and he almost opened the door, but remembered that it's not his right to interfere between husband and wife, and therefore walked away.
While Omkar politely tells the guests to go back home since Bharti was not feeling well, Bharti was in her room remembering the day's events one by one and how things had got transformed so suddenly. She calls for KK and complains about getting stuck in an illiterate female's body and weird family, and KK calms her down by saying that he had a purpose in sending her there and that she had a role to play in that house.
At the time of dinner, the family discusses about the Apshagun done by Bharti and the feeding of Brahmins along with gau-daan, when Madhusudan asks Rajkishori to tame Bharti again as she had gone wild in 6 months she was missing. Arman just couldn't stop himself on hearing this and retorts by asking if that was the right way to "tame" someone. Bua laughs at this and when Arman walks out on dinner, Omkar feels hurt.
Knowing that Bharti was hungry, Arman couldn't stop himself and goes to kitchen to fix food for her and take it to her room. On his way, he notices someone else approaching too with a plate and going to Bharti's room. It was Radha, Trilok's wife who introduces herself and asks Bharti to hurry up and eat before someone notices, but they get caught by Rajkishori, who tries to sound angry and tells Bharti that she need to behave a certain way, the women of the family are supposed to, but due to her love for her Bahu, asks her to eat quickly before Omkar gets to know. No sooner had Bharti taken the first bite, than a hand snatches the plate away; it was Omkar. He tells Radha and Rajkishori that since Bharti was his own wife, only he had the right to feed her, hearing which, they both hurriedly exit. Omkar tries to cajole Bharti to eat but when she refuses, he forces a bite in her mouth, which Bharti somehow had to swallow.
