Hi friends,
Major reshuffle at STAR Plus

With Colors delivering high GRPs (Gross Rating Points) – last week it crossed the 350 mark for the first time leaving behind STAR Plus with 229 TRPs and Zee with 271 GRPs, a lot of re-shuffling is happening at Star Plus. The buzz is that Keertan Adhyanta, executive VP, STAR Plus is being moved to take charge of their English channels, STAR Movies and STAR World. Prem Kamath, VP and Marketing, STAR India is being brought in as advisor for rebranding STAR Plus project, while Sanjay Gupta, the COO will oversee Plus for a while. Gaurav Banerjee VP and content head STAR Jolsha will help programming of Plus. In a bid to fight back, the channel is also extending its 30 minute daily soaps Bidaai and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai to one hour as Colors has scored not with one but a couple of its shows Na Ana Is Des Laado and Uttaran, which are occupying the numero uno positions.

This really good news for us bidaaians... but I really feel worried for the awesome foursome, and the team... all these extra hours means a lot of extra work for them... hope they stay healthy and get to relax properly...

OH god!!! No...Already I am not able to watch on Saturday on Sunday coz of Parties and Weekend Activities...
Now they will make it and Yeh Rishta 1 hr....?? Why so Attyachar on Bidaai Team... Colors and Zee are doing better coz they promote all Prime Time Shows!!! But SP only promotes Bidaai and Yeh Rishta which are hit and so burden is on only these two shows...Hope they promote Sajan Ghar and Bebo more coz they also give better TRPs...
And extending these two to 1 hr means, more DRAGGING and EXTENDING scenes...
