"Hey Muskaan" Riddhima said as she jumped up and popped her pillow on her lap.

"Hi" Muskaan replied as she flipped through the channels to her favourite cartoon.

"Muskaan don't tell me you're watching Scooby Doo? You know how much I hate that show" She groaned as she complained to Muskaan.

"What a loser you are Ridzii? Come on, it is the best show that had ever been shown in the world and you're saying you hate it. Ad which idiot said only kids can watch cartoon"

"Oh no. I shouldn't have you started on that topic yaar. Tut oh cartoon ki rani hai meri maa" She sacked her forehead and lay down on her bed.

"Muskaan, I've made a decision"

"Kya?" Muskaan replied

"I think I'll take the job up in London. I mean I know Raj from there and plus it's a good job"

"What does Uncle think of that?" Muskaan said as she sipped her tomato juice and gulped it down her throat.

"Papa is fine with it. I mean he thought the job was really good but it was me that wanted to stay in India and pursue my career with the fashion industry. But I think it's time for me to move on yaar."

"I am so proud of you"

"Me too" They both giggled and talked the afternoon away.

Soon the evening came and Riddhima hopped down the stairs into the main hall waiting for the arrival of her cousin brother, Raj.
She waited for a couple of minutes and got extremely tired of sitting in the hallway, so she decided to go to the kitchen and see if there was anything she could eat.

"Out you come" She heard a familiar voice, a bit deeper but very familiar. She closed her eyes to remember and she screamed dropping the banana out of hr hands.

"Raj" She screamed. "How long does it take to come from the airport dude?"
"It's not my fault"

"Whatever" She smacked her hand on his chest and they walked into the house.

After taking the ashirwaad of Shashank, Raj and Riddhima sat on the sofa for a long talk.

"So what happened to that friend who was going to get married" Riddhima asked as she chewed on her banana

"Oh. He stayed back in London. He had extremely important work to do and so he stayed. His parents agree with him and they don't force him to get married now"

"That's good. I mean accha hua kyunki shaadi is no game Na. Agar usse shaadi karni thi toh voh kardeta. It's no restriction and no parents should force kids to do what they don't want to do. Just like my dad. He's the best" She grinned sheepishly and soon they all fell asleep in their rooms.

Days passed and Riddhima and Raj were having a lot of fun talking to each other and going for visits to places around Delhi.

"Papa, I will miss you too" She said as she cried her heat out. She didn't want to leave but the opportunity for that job wouldn't come always. She had to take a choice. Plus her mom was coming back from Kanpur in 2 days time, so she had nothing to worry about.

Lifting her bags, she waved a final time from the airport terminals and hugged Raj who was staying back as he had some press conferences to attend. She wiped her tears, put on her jacket and walked through taking a last glimpse of her father.

The plane jolted and the seat belt symbol appeared scaring the life out of Riddhima.

"Nothing to worry babe" a young guy came up to her and he fastened his seat belt. "It's just the plane hit some bad weather but nothing much"
Riddhima smiled and she closed her eyes for a good sleep.

"Morning" He smiled at her and she gave a fake smile to him. For some odd reason sh didn't like the guy she was sitting next to and his constant talks annoyed the hell out of her.

"Morning" She said as she picked up her handbag and entered the lavatory.
Taking out her comb she parted her hair and combed it making her look fantastic. She fixed the slight make-up she had on and washed her hands. She wiped it with a tissue and dumped it in the bin they had kept in there. She walked out of the lavatory and every eye was on her.


"Jeez. Have they never seen a girl before?" She mumbled and sat back in her place, fastening her seat belt as the plane pointed down and they were landing in the magnificent city of London.

The way the plane was heading scared Riddhima. Although she had been on the plane many times, the slight goose bumps did appear and her heart thumped hard against her chest.

She smiled as they landed and she lifted her bottom of the seat and walked towards the exit in the plane. The airhostess smiled at her showing her a set of white pearls and she nodded her head.

"Thank you. Hope you come on British Airways again" She greeted them goodbye and they headed off into the airport where all she saw were crowds of people waiting to enter the plane she had just come off.

"Bye Dad" She smiled as she watched a father waved at his daughter as she entered the plane. It reminded her of the hours back at her home. She tried keeping in the tears and left into the cold streets of London.

"Thanks Sean" She said as he handed her the keys of the house. She was licing with her friend Anjali.

"Well I guess you've met Paul then" Anjali came down and hugged her friend Riddhima.

"Anjie" Riddhima screamed as they hugged tightly after meeting each other after 3 years.

"Riddhima man you look sexy" She beamed and make Riddhima blush.

"Yeah well it's thanks to you I look fabulous. If you hadn't gave me the tips I would be a low-life"

"So yeah. Sean is the house keeper. He takes care of my every need and is an amazing person"

"Cool" Riddhima shrugged and Anjali showed her around the house and into her bedroom.

"So treat this like your own home ok?" Anjali pointed her fingers at Riddhima.

"Ugh keep those sausages away from my face missy" Riddhima grinned as Anjali smiled and left the room.

"You still haven't lost your humur" Anjali called back as she left the room.

"I know" Riddhima responded and fell back on her bed. Feling the comfortr over herself she closed her eyes and the back pain she felt from the flight soon went away.

The evening arrived and Riddhima woke up. Her eyes fluttered for a minute making sure she was fully awake. She woke up with a jolt noticing everything in her room had been changed. Then, she realised she was no longer in Delhi, but she was now in London.

"Silly me" She smacked her head and walked into the shower. Changing into one of her many dresses, she pulled on a pair of leggings and stepped into Anjali's bedroom.

"Chal?" Anjali said as they walked out of the house. Well, in Riddhima's case she was dragged down the stairs and out into the London streets.
Riddhima's coat looked cute on her and everyone that passed by stopped just to take a second look. Riddhima was chuffed at this and she walked by Anjali just making sure she wasn't going red like a ipe strawberry. It was so embarrassing for her.

They walked by the streets, entering in Primark.

"Oh Bhagvaan"

"Yeah. Tell me about it. This place is always busy, but it's just cheap and fabulous" Anjali replied as she picked up a sweater.

"1?" Riddhima questioned as she stared with shocked eyes at the price.

"Tell me about it"

"I love this shop" Riddhima cried and went hunting for anything and everything.

"Listen, I've got to go down to Thornton's, so I'll meet you home okay" Anjali said.

"Yah sure. I know my way around. Your house isn't too far away from the shops".
"Bye" Riddhima waved bye and made her way to the other side of Primark.

Picking up some bangles she found, she shook them. They were of all colours and it reminded her of past times.

"Riddhima aren't these bangles amazing?"
"Haan Muskaan. They'd look amazing"
"I hope Mom likes them" Muskaan jumped in joy and headed towards the cashier.

Remembering the past times, she picked up the bangles and shoved them into her basket, heading towards the cashier.

"That would be 6 pounds"

Handing the 10 pound note, Riddhima took back the change and walked out of the shop. Entering other stores, Riddhima brought a lot of stuff that she thought would look good on herself and Anjali as they were practically sisters.

Walking down the lanes, she bumped into a wall. Well, that's what she thought it was, in fact it was a person.

"Ouch, can you not watch when you walk"

"Sorry"

Riddhima looked up to her a pair of ocean blue eyes and she felt like she was drowning in them.

"Will you be my girlfriend?"

Well that's my update because Nina was dying to read it. Although some may slap me for not updating the FINAL part of Zara Nachke Dikha. I will update that too but since we're on this ff we'll talk about this.

I am happy with the response and hope to see more comments and remember
