Since DID was soo good, i had high expectations from this show. but it was a bit of a disappointment for me. the choreographers are professionals but the choreography was not that great.

I loved DID so I was sure that there would be some amount of biasness towards the show but after seeing yesterday's rope dance I think I am fair in my biasness....I couldn't help but compare the two dances...First of all the concept, secondly the attempt and thrid the delivery...Since I have already seen that dance in DID I wasn't floored, secondly ok the attempt was good but that guy was clearly struggling on the rope, he wasn't smooth...the level in DID was so darn high that I pity when all these ppl stood for that kind of dance yesterday and showered a 6..it wasn't worth at all...I feel Shiamak gives credit more for concept than for the presentation and dance...Even Pappu Malu got away with the concept whereas there was no dance just hopping...

Also the love thing that crept in between...I enjoyed DID more so bcos it didn't have this loved dovey stuff goin on in it...the relationships in the DID contestants were so good.

i know that somewhere some how we tend to compare it to DID as it was in the same lines . I however came with an open mind and yet when u see the applause and scores for really sub standard flawed concepts you can;t stop but think about what the other choreographers who are in the same level as these names have done...maybe its the beginning and but the attitude some of them had was what really put me off...I think also the main reason DID was successful in my opinion was the level headness of Mithun which i see lacking in Rani...she seems to point out some good things but over all she seems to be all over the place and is not able to command. Top that Shimak is put there for no reason ...as if people don't want to listen they don;'t then why have him and make him look bad.
