Story has really gotten to the point that anything can happen.

The sad part is the one is suppose to protect Simi is all out to destroy her and her family. He wants to kill her self respect, her womanhood, her soul.

As for Simi Rajiv, marriage is not a trade or a compromise but a sacred union of man and woman.Unfortunately it happens lot in our society where girls are sold or traded for better future of teh family members that is exactly what is happening here and it is so sick of the family members who are asking simi in the name of family honour to sell herself to a person who is shame to call a human being. For him woman is a doll or thing of entertainment he can use destroy and throw it away. simi is traded by her dad mom and Anuj so that tehy all have so called better life for them and younger girls in the family. No one is thinking about Simi here. or What kind of life she will have with a person who tried to rape her in the first date. and bragging he made many girls preg and got teh affidevit signed from her and asking to send his child to orphanage.

How can any parent ask Simi to forget what happened despite knowing what rajiv did to her and other girl? it is truly sick? Can't they see what will be Simi's future with rajiv likes.

Simi is sent to kasai in the name of family prestige by her own who is suppose to love her most. What a girl to do undr such circumstances? should she sacrifice for her own/ family members?when they are only thinking of themselves or other daughters at th cost of Simi's happiness? It is truly sick but I have seen this happening in real life to my own friend and seen her crying day and night marrying this way it really makes me feel sick.

How many girls will be sold of in the name of family prestige?

So true Ramas! The new promo is real scary - and I really hope that Simi does not marry Rajiv - even for a little while. I shudder to think of Rajiv and Simi in the same room together. The serial would loose all charm for me at that moment!

Lot of Indian serials tend to show their main protagonists (almost always female)- making decisions which they feel are for the benefit for the rest of the family without really discussing it with anyone in their family and even if someone does come to know they still tend to get their own way. Why can't they show the protagonist actually discussing the issue with her family and coming to a solution which works for the family as a whole? Why hide the reasons for a disastrous decision and make it as if everyone's else's life around you is important and not your own? That's what Simi wants to do - sacrifice her own for the rest of the family - Why? What's to say - Rajiv is going to keep his promise of preventing her father's shop from being sealed - Does he even have the power to do that - since these are government decisions and it may result in the fact that no one really can do anything about it. They show Simi believing everything Rajiv is saying and basing her decision on that. 😡

If they still show Simi getting married to Rajiv and her family watching it happen - then that would be a sad day - the entire family has come to know the kind of man Rajiv is - but they can still stand and watch her walk towards her doom - that is not the sign of a caring and loving family!! A family is where everyone looks out for each other - not where one person keeps looking out for the entire family.

I feel the same way. I thought the wedding was off. But then The promo showed simi in bridal attire. I hope this wedding should not go thru. But then what about abhi Simi love story?

. I also feel neither of them should get married yet as neither anuj is mature not anita is ready and would definately like to see more of abhi simi romance.

Well, the way it looks like - as you said Ramas - Simi is in bridal attire and is going to get married. It may be that creatives think that the time has come to get her married off to move the story forward - so she will be either married off to Rajiv or Abhi - definitely don't want Rajiv - so if she has to get married would prefer it to Abhi.

If that does happen - remember both Abhi and Simi don't have any lovey/dovey feelings for each other at least they haven't realized it yet - in which case the creatives would spend time developing that (but within the confines of their marriage) - plenty of scope for eye locks - they might even show Abhi going back to finish his management studies (IIM) - in which case Simi would have an absentee husband. So plenty of chances of slowly developing the romance between the two :)

actually I had thought of that but wedding may bot happen at all will be better in that case. When abhi is away Simi will realize how much she misses him and same way abhi will realize he can not leave without her and may be their love story begin with letters and phone calls. till abhi comes back.

let us see what happens marraige looks good at the moment. But they can clos that chpter to stat Nitu and mili chpater for a while.

I was always against this kind of portrayal of woman's character. I can't say these reflect selflessness of a person or a caring person. She should not bow down and think of others only. There are many alternatives and one should try to open them. She can save her family from dishonour in many other way.

I agree Simi is a professor. I don't know how does she handles her class when she can not handle real life situation.

I understand we are in bind many times like aage kua hai to picche khai hai trust me been there many times but nevr gave up being an elder on both sides of family,

If simi can slove every one's problem not her own.

She truly needs to think clearly marrying Rajiv is not a solution. He will never stop demanding more and threatening her more. So why not stop him now? and end it for once and all.

Simi has given up and so hs her family. What kind of parents throw her in slaughter house. That is exactly Rajiv's house with 2 ksais him and his evil mom.

a truly caring famil is not like this!!! its a selfish family. a carng family dsn't bother for consequences soo much, infront of a person's future n life. 😡

omg - this is ridiculous - I totally agree that these are not signs of a truly caring family.

When the family first comes to know everyone is up in arms - Manju says things like "I am your culprit" and it all happened because of me and I will put it right - and Anuj says "Let Rajiv come and I'll show him" and now they are all standing by accepting the fact that Simi is going to sacrifice herself for them - this is too much!! Manju ji is now saying "We have to live in this society" - Does that mean you sacrifice your daughter???? Anuj is just standing there - displays no spine!! Very sad!!

I would dearly love for the police to come and arrest Rajiv - right when he's doing his dancing jigs in the middle of the baraat!!
