Is sneha veera's aborted kid? edited

Is she? I mean what if veera didn't die immediately that day? Last we saw of her was her body being taken to hospital ... what if she was still alive? And since all luDo (Ludhiana docs) are shayad kinda docs, the doc had not done her abortion properly and she was still carrying a child? 😲 Ash paid the doc in the hospital to declare her dead. The doc gave fake ashes (of burned paper and wood etc) saying her body automatically turned into ashes. Prem bichara gham ka mara had no choice but to accept it, since his mind was not wroking properly as he could not believe his witch sister is finally dead. He gave the ashes to gyatri and everyone thought she is dead for real.

When actually she was alive in hospital and died only six months larer after giving birth to Sneha??? Sneha means love and veera did love Nehal in the end hmmm 😲
