The show looks very promising and for sure will attract many viewers. DPL has six teams with famous choreographers assigned to each one of them. As reported the judges on the show are Shiamak Davar, Arshad Warsi (guest judge) and Rani Mukerji.

Rani who was approached to judge the show took her time to decide. But since the actress has no new film on her hands and her last flick 'Dil Bole Hadippa' failed at the box office, she was looking for some assignments to revive her career. DPL came her way and she immediately agreed to be the part of the show.

Rani Mukerji officially announced her association with the dance show at a press conference. After making the media wait for over 2 hours, Rani made an appearance but chose not to interact with the waiting media and slipped away as soon as the conference was over.

She said at the conference, "I wasn't really planning to get into television, but DPL came my way and I took up the show because of dance. I am pretty addicted to television and there are some shows which I don't miss. So when DPL fell in my lap, I accepted the offer because it's about dance, and I am very passionate about dancing so I thought it's a great fit for me".

Talking about her role as a judge she said, "I am the aam janta voice here and I am here to see whether I am enjoying the show or not. There are so many other choreographers and also dancing sensation Shiamak Davar who will judge the contestants technically, but I will ensure that I enjoy the show. So I am the good judge here. If the contestants manage to touch my heart with their performance then I am going to score them a full sixer".

DPL will come on air from today every Friday and Saturday at 8.00 pm. The show will have six zones and actors like Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Himesh Reshamiya, Bipasha Basu, Prabhu Deva, Sohail Khan supporting each.

Eijaz Khan and Sara Khan take on as hosts while chorographers like Pappu Malu, Nagendra Prasad, Uma and Gaiti, Harshall and Vitthal, Mini Johny and Howard Rosemeyer lead the teams.

In addition cricketers like Kapil Dev, Anil Kumble, Sanjay Banger, India finest footballer Baichung Bhutia and rapper Hard Kaur lend their support to the teams.

Well I don't think she means it seriously. She just means that she is not there to pass on desperate criticism or stuff. She is just saying that the main department of observing and criticising is in Shaimak's hand and she will pass on judgement based on what she as an audience thought about the performance.😉
