As Morena track is finally over so I thought why not give it a farewell post recounting the best and the best (it is a farewell post remember cant talk about worst).
Best MN Scene - Scene where Mayank is holding his mother's chain and Nupur looks from behind. There were no dialogues, no eye contacts ,but i found the scene really beautiful and enacted very well by Arjun and Rati (who was looking extremely beautiful).
Best SG Scene- All 3 scenes where Gunjan thinks she is imagining Samrat were nice (even if the last one was not so subtle lift from DDLJ). A expectations raising pre confession scene and expectations shattering confession scene on top of that a very moving twig scene(as the confession was not moving at all.)But the saving grace was the terrace scene which was meaningful as well as beautiful ( have learnt to ignore one or two cheesy dialogues) Both Mohit and Sanya were nice in thi scene( Mohit was 10 times better than confession scene).
Nupur looked most beautiful in- That light green suit in MN scene i have mentioned.For me this was the best she looked in MJHT (except perhaps in barn scene)
Gunjan looked most beautiful in -That yellow suit with green dupatta (of course you remember it she wore it for i dont know how many episodes).She was also beautiful in terrace scene(Patiala suits suit her)
Mayank and Samrat looked best in[/B- Are you kidding me? They weren't exactly dressed to kill.
[B]Best MN dialogue- I dont exactly remember each one but the one Mayank said just before leaving " Tumhe tumhare hisse ki khushiyaan jaroor milengi Nupur" was really nice.
Best SG dialogue- I know the popular choice is "main jab bhi us chand ko dekhoonga usse proudly kah sakoonga ki tumse bhi jyaada koi beautiful hai aur wo mera hai" but my pick is "tum mere baare me kaafi jyada sochti ho chasmish" short and to the point.
Best Nupur scene- I dont think there can be two ways about it. Her breakdown after she knows that Mayank has left withuot meeting her. Rati was briliant in this scene.Add to that it was the first time that Nupur was shattered so completely which made it even more powerful.
Best Gunjan scene- Sanaya's expression were really nice in both confession scene as well as terrace scene.But dont know why I found her best in the scene where Dia,Benji and Uday come to Bui's house & tell her that Samrat hasn't come and she is totally confused because she can see him.
Best Samrat scene- I was let down in confession scene. But he salvaged himself in terrace scene. His expressions were much much better and he was very improved.
Best Mayank Scene- Dont hit me when I say I couldnt find one . Of course there were many scenes where he was good but there was none which stood out from rest . None measured upto standards set by Arjun himself. Maybe because he didnt have any powerful scene(i am sure he will have them once he knows about the misunderstanding). Cant consider scenes with his mom as they were in Mumbai.
Most Hilarious Dialogue- Uday to Bui- In pastries ke taste ka secret ye hai ki isme ande bahut achche se phet kar daale jaate hain"/ "ab agar naine aur bahane soche to mera sar phat jayega. Very Close competitor - Samrat to Gunjan"Main world ki sabse beautiful eyes mein aansoo nahi dekh sakta(would have been a winner if aansoo was also replaced by tears.)
Most Hilarious scene- One was twig scene . But for Sajan fans it was tragi-comedy. I was laughing(what was he doing???) and crying(why was he doing this???) at the same time. Contrary to that Sayank eyelock gave unadulterated comedy. I dont know what i would do if once again they look at each other like that. Probably I would be doing best Sayank scene and dialogue.
Special mention-Bui- For uniting SG and MN fans in cause of hating her. She is only the second person to do so. First being the lady herself- Sheena.
