In many countries to control the rapid rate of growth of population it has been ruled that a couple can only have one baby in their entire life time.In China a women got married to a widow man who has one son.So now this woman can not conceive because she has already a child(though it is not her blood). Is it right to keep a women away from bringing a life .She also have a dream of feeding her own child, play with her.
In many states the couples are sterilized after having one child. But if their this child die, will they remain lonely the entire life.
What if a women getting pregnant inspite of having one child. Will she abort it?
The couples who wants a male child sometimes abort the female fetus. So in many some countries the number of man is increasing.
Shoud HIV positive people be permitted to give birth a HIV positive baby?
The decision to bring a new life in the world should only depends on the mother or the country also can interfare in it.

Yes it is terrible to see couple not being allowed to have more than one child in places like China. But as the literacy rate goes up, we will see families having less children.

Yaar, Pehli issue to pata kar lo chilamchilli karne se pahle😉
The law in China is, If you have only one kid, you get incentives, if you have more than one kid, you do not get those incentives. This condition is waived if there is an extraordinary circumstance like you are part of a minority or if both parents are only child on their parents too. If you have a handicapped child, and if you want to have another child you can apply for an exemption. If you live in an urban area, you want to have second child you pay pentaly and happily have more children, more children, more penalty
All these are completely valid in their country since the govt provides free education and resources for the child. If you want to have more children, have it at your own cost, dont ask the govt(meaning everyone else in the community) to pay for the child,
China's law in Hindi means Aukat nahi hai to paida mat karo, What's wrong with that?

Once i talked with few people from China they were the only child in the family and they were highly against the government policy on having birth control. As it's well known China is also a male baby oriented society many people kill female fetus which is a sad fact and some who are humanistic enough would just give birth and cry whole life for a boy...they also say they miss the being of siblings inside the family and a childhood where they can play with siblings...according to them, the population is China is really male dominant and it's not a good sign. Besides if it goes on like this people would rather move out of China which would only do harm to China than good.

I guess one child is like too much of a limit, 2 is best no. but if the govt thinks one is good enough and they think the rebellion won't be strong they are totally wrong. It's argued that young couples are not willing to have kids but it's only true till they are not yet settled with career. Once the career aim is achieved they would start to long for a family of their own. Some even think children are extra burden or trouble in their life and ironically when they are left alone for their love birds world, they sense that something is missing and they go for a child.

Indeed who does not want to have his or her own child? I guess at some stage of life everyone would want that except a few who might really be against this idea of having kids. If too much interference or limit is put on individual lives, anyone would try to rebel which might create opposite and negative effect on the aim of such policy - benefits of economy and society. When such voices arise, and they are aware of the fact that they can gain freedom in other places, they shift and move towards their freedom. The society is left alone to tackle with the so called beneficial policy.

Society and economy is built with population, over population is not good but over limiting population is even worse.

If ppl follow self restriction there would be no need to impose any but where self expression goes on unchecked it becomes necessary to have curbs
