I think KANK was pretty realistic. Not the movie entirely, but the underlining theme of "cheating" and of how hard marriage and relationships can be was pretty realistic in my opinion.

SRK-Preity's relationship was pretty realistic...of how some men can't handle the fact that their wives are more successful than them, and how that might strain and create differences among a marriage.

I think the movie did a good job portraying the darker and nastier sides of a relationship and how it takes a lot of compromise and understanding between two people to make a relationship work.

I think Saathiya and Chalte Chalte were quite realistic. They showed how two people (who society/their families may not deem right for each other) who fall in love anyways and then face the reality of life afterwards. I also thought that Aishwarya-Ajay in Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and Saif-Preity in Kal Ho Na Ho were quite realistic in that love is not always a passionate, lust-filled fantasy. Aishwarya gave up her "love" and stood by her husband as she knew he loved her and could give her a decent, stable life and Preity settled into a similar situation but with her good friend Saif. I think that they definitely showed some realistic situations.
Other than those I think that Shahid and Priyanka in Kaminey (minus all of the other drama) were realistic. The young lovestruck couple that ends up pregnant way before planned and then deals with the consequences and compromises is found everywhere. Most Sooraj Barjatya movies also show realistic stories, Hum Saath Saath Hain and Vivah especially, they showcased love stories that we can see all around us in real life.
