yes its a total copy of kasam se. only difference is that there the 3 sisters lead a relatively protected existence as they find shelter in walia house. but here they see the darker side of mumbai before finding shelter. another difference is that piya's character is the protagonist rather than the good sister. but it being a daily soap things may change. also i think the good sister too marries the old man. there was an article in TB related to this:

maybe instead of dumping the old man at the wedding mandap the middle sister will marry him but will dump him and run away with her lover after which the elder sister will marry him.
im really disappointed with sony and ekta...why pass off their old shows? cant they think of something new? and kasam se ended very recently and is still fresh in viewers minds.
