Mentor endorsement

I find unacceptable for mentors to endorse one singer. In case of Vineet, who is really a talented singer, is being openly endorsed by Himesh Reshemiya. Vineet is a talented singer and does not need any help. This can backfire on vineet. There are other singers who are working very hard and are extremely talented. It discourages them when they see a very high profile mentor begging the public to vote vineet and vineet only. Mentor's job is to encourage and coach the sigers to perform and point out there strengths and weakenesses. The funny thing is Himesh does not make any apologies for openly endorsing vineet for the top spot. Himesh bhai aap vineet ke diwane aur hum bhi hain. magar Vineet ko vote ki zaroorat hain, diwane ki nahi. Just make sure it doesn't backfire. Voters are smart and they might see your endorsement as favouritism.
