Set up of the day: LOVED Sam telling Damz to light up the candles instead of Avni, and then telling Damz she should be the first one to take a bite of the cake because she did this all..*Hi, my name is Sameer Saxena, and I am a PriDaholic..I live, plot, breathe, eat and drink PriDa these days. It's just that I have some ulterior motives too..But I like seeing these two together..They're magical, and their chemistry melts my heart* (Nah! Sam didn't say all this, but we can take liberties, right? He is a character after all)
PriDa moments of the day: LOVED how Pri in black was engrossed in the sight of his lovely lady surrounded by confetti, it seemed it was doing strange things to his mind; the two of them there, standing together, him feeding her cake; it was picture perfect. Dude was looking at Damz instead of lighting the candles, and Ela reminded him to do the deed before the candles melted.Ha ha..Sam said to Avni, "what a jodi!", and that Damz really likes Pri..Ela overheard and pondered..Pri held the chair for Damz, they sat together, and then they reached for the same bowl. (Telepathy, surreal connections, similar yet separate minds, or just love? Take your pick. Yes, there is reality too, but who wants reality when TV life is so much fun? At least not me..Raise your hand if you concur..)
Revenge flashback/resident dampener of the day: Pri bending to touch Ela's feet in front of Damz, and remembering veggie mummy (to borrow from my dear friend, Krupz), and how she surrendered to the laws of gravity in front of Balraj Saxena's corpse...*yawns*
Mom-Daughter talk of the day: After Pri has left, Ela says to Damz that Pri is a good human being, Damz agrees to this but further adds that he is 'tedha' too..Agree, Damz, but that makes him all the more attractive and hot. Would someone as fiery as you want a boring, spineless, one-dimensional, seedha saadha man? I suppose not..Someone like that wouldn't be able to hold your interest, and would bore you to death and tears..Dude's icy mind will cool down your soul's fire (remember he is your air conditioner), and your fiery spirit will tame him and put reins on his restlessness. Are we good?
'Wheels-in-motion' moment of the day: Damz, afterward, not being able to sleep and pacing up somewhere in the Mansion..Ela catching her daughter lost like this..Damz saying again that Ela shouldn't have said Damz did everything for Pri, then adding that it's because she can't understand anything about Pri..(it's cool that you can't.. Because if you could, then he wouldn't have been your perfect match, babe)..Ela remembers Jai's words after Damz has left, and thinks that maybe she really likes Pri..
LOVED when Damz went, "I don't want him to think I, (then correcting herself) we, care about him."..Yeah, Damz, we know you care about him, and we know you don't want him to have any idea how much you care. .In sum, we know..

Edited after seeing SaVni scene: Oh, SaVni were kinda really sweet today, and Sam was so charming here..Liked his presence of mind when he came up with an excuse pronto to fool Ela..
VivRosh moment of the day: Viv reminiscing about old days while seeing old snaps, Rosh is lost and remembering Var( and that leaves me with a bad mood), Goldie joins, Rosh snubs Viv by telling him they'll meet tomorrow. Rosh called Viv Var BTW, lost in Var's thoughts. Blasphemy, I tell you..
Foreshadowing moment of the day: Ela talking to Sam's alter ego about Pri, asking him if Damz really likes Pri..
Sam was so cunning to assure her that Damz likes Pri but she won't confess this to even herself (Sam knows Bhabi well, his girl knowledge is coming in handy), and then probing her about her views on a suitor's social status. Ela says that money isn't important, character is. Love her more than ever; this lady is a gem, her views are open, and she is cool and broadminded..She aint a murderess, can't be..Ela gives 'Jai' the responsibility of finding Pri's background ..Sam tells himself he'll make sure Ela asks for Bhayya's rishta herself.. Sam is more invested in PriDa than any of us.. He's already thinking marriage. And Ela is heck serious about her daughter finding happiness with our dude, and is making Jai check his BG..So, is there a PriDa marriage on the cards? Will Sam organize it and be the chief wedding planner? And will Ela force Damz into this marriage thinking of her happiness? And how and why will Pri agree? I am not sure how I feel about this..Let this sink in..Or am I reading too much into the situation?
Tomorrow: Damz calls Pri and he tells her he was thinking about her, because nobody has surprised him this way before..Damz holds her forehead..Is she blushing, or radiating while talking to him? Is this love?:-p Whatever..We will see tomorrow..
Viv tells Var he'll do everything to win Rosh's love..That's like a man, kid..But ask her opinion too before deciding anything, OK?That will help..Var is standing there like a dummy..Yeah, we didn't expect anything lesser, Var..Keep up the good work..
