Love ke liye kuch bhi karega? this does sound similar to the on going track in Miley Jab Hum Tum. Nupur left Mumbai due to the tiff with Mayank and now that he has realised his mistake, he is heading towards getting his love back.
"Mayank has realised his mistake and will be soon heading towards Morena to bring back Nupur," says the source.
Elaborating more on the storyline our source adds, "There is lot more drama that can be expected in these episodes. The story changes when Nupur's family is planning for her marriage and they misinterpret Mayank as the groom."
