Bela is wondering if guddi gave the medicine to Birju or not. BadiBahu observes Bela and tells to herself that spark has started. Bela wants to put off the spark so that it doesn't catch flame. For that badi bahu tells her that this is not that kind of spark that can be extinguished so easily. Bela looks confused. Badi bahu tells her she will understand slowly. Soham is mad that Birju got his job back. His friend was happy to see Birju getting whipped by Soham's uncle. Tanaya says that because of Birju, Bela is ok and it was right to give his job back. Tanaya tells Soham and his friends that they haven't gone anywhere after the cave incident. She suggests going out. Bansi applies the paste(medicine) sent by Bela to Birju. Soham is boasting to his friends how much land they own. Tanaya sees a well and wants to drink water from it. There she meets Kajari(middle son's daughter). Kajri is about to pour water on Tanaya's hand, Soham stops Tanaya. He comes and tells her not to drink water as she doesn't know which caste the girl belongs to. Tanaya is confused regarding the caste issue. Soham tells her that in his village it still matters. He picks fight with Kajari. Kajari doesn't know he is Chowdhary's grandson.
Soham and his friends leave the scene. One villager tells Kajri that he is mamchand's grandson. Tanaya walks into Bela's room and finds her humming, looking herself in the mirror and then praying to Kanaji. Tanaya says there is something different with Bela. She finds Bela humming as different and she tells Bela that she is looking very pretty. She asks Bela what is the reason for her happiness? Bela tells her nothing. She asks Bela if she saw the sun rising, the wind blowing etc. Bela answers very innocently that during sun rise the sky was red. Tanaya tells Bela that she will realize why she is feeling this way at the right time. Birju keeps talking to Bansi regarding Bela. Bansi asks him if Bela remembers him as much as he thinks of her. Birju is confident that Bela loves him. He thinks since he got beaten, his pain caused Bela pain too, so she sent the paste along with guddi. Birju says to Bansi that he would go next day and will ask Bela if she loves him or not. Bansi asks him what if she doesn't love him. Birju doesn't want to hear anything different.
Birju is playing the flute. Bela hears it and wakes up and gets ready. Birju comes to Haveli and he sees Bela pouring water to Tulsi and praying. He just stands there staring at her and smiling. Bela sees him and asks what's the matter? He walks to her and tells her that he put the paste which she had sent. She asked if the paste caused any burn, for that he replies 'yes' and he thought about her and his pain went away. She enquires if he is fine now. Birju wants to know why she felt bad because of his burns. Bela tells him that she cannot stand injustice and she cannot stand anybody in pain. Birju is curious to know if Bela thinks what he thinks about her. She asks how she would know what he thinks about her. He asks her if she waits for him to come to Haveli. Bela is clueless and she says he comes to work, why she should wait for his arrival. Birju realizes Bela doesn't love her. He remembers Bansi's words "Bela might have sent the paste due to sympathy". Birju is heart broken. A servant comes with a letter. Sargam thinks it is Soham's result. Sargam opens the letter and finds out Soham is not allowed to sit for the exam due to very less attendance. Soham and his friend Rajat enter, Soham wants to wait for Dadaji's return and wants to get villagers in trouble. Sargam shows the letter to Soham.
