DK definately should keep his beard.
It adds to his character and you can imagine him having a dark past. Helps him portray a man hard on the outside but in the process of melting inside 😉
Remove the beard and he will look nice. I can't imagine him being taken seriously when he is shouting at his employees, Disha, V, etc.
