Gauri is unconscious on the road with blood coming out of her head. Vaishnavi runs to her and keeps saying open your eyes and is quite worried, almost crying. Sheel in his disguise comes behind her, takes his stick and stabs Vaishnavi in the back twice. Vaishnavi falls dead next to Gauri.
Vansh is resting and gets a shock and says why does he keeps seeing bad dreams. Vansh calls Vaishnavi and she doesn't come. Vansh is worried and it is night now. Everyone is trying to find out about Vaishnavi and Gauri, Madhura phones. Moksh comes there and says the school people says Gauri left at the end of school. Sheel comes and says Madhura, start the night's aarti. Vansh says let Vaishnavi come first. Sheel thinks to himself that they won't come ever. Sheel says it is important to do aarti at the right time, not Vaishnavi being here. Vansh says ok you do the aarti, but I won't be in it until Vaishnavi comes. Moksh says me too and so does Madhura. Chhoti Maa says I won't either, you do the aarti alone. Sheel says angrily ok I will do the Aarti alone, you can all go or stay if you want. They all go.
Vansh goes to Badi Maa and says look waht has happened to Dad, Vaishnavi and Gauri aren't home and he wants to do the Aarti. Badi Maa says think about your dad later, think about Vaishnavi and Gauri first, we don't know where they are, hope they aren't in trouble.
Sheel goes to do the Aarti, when Vaishnavi and Gauri come all perfectly healthy with no injuries. Sheel is shocked. Vaishnavi says without the whole family, the aarti is incomplete. Vaishnavi tells Gauri to call everyone down for the aarti. Vaishnavi stares at Sheel while he looks shocked back. Vaishnavi says what happened, the accident happened with Gauri, but why have you stopped, you did a good illusion, but left something out, if Gauri didn't have a tikka and the thread, then I would have believed you, but this didn't happen, Sheel, you're mistake paid heavily now, when the blind man, I mean when you took the glasses off and gave me a "chakkar" I got one and Gauri's acident happened, seeing this I saw Gauri like this and cried, if anyone was there, they would cry loosing one of their own, which is out of your league, anyways you don't have a heart, why am I saying this to you.
Vaishnavi continues where was I, I was crying, you thought I was weak and then you got ready to attack, then I saw Gauri and she had no tikka or thread on her hand, so I was surprised, then I saw Gauri at the school gates and realised everything, then you attacked me from behind, attacking from behind is for cowards, I fell on the floor as an act, because I was caring for 2 children then, so I let you have this fake happiness so you don't do anything else.
Everyone comes and sees Vaishnavi. Sheel goes to leave when Gauri says where are you going? Sheel says nothing and goes. Vansh asks where she was and they were worried. Gauri says don't blame her, she was late because of me. Chhoti Maa says we'll talk later, it is time for Aarti now. Vaishnavi agrees and starts the Aarti (Namo Namo Vaishno Vardani).
Sheel is in his dark room. The devil says loosing your mental state won't get you anything. Sheel says I haven't lost it, stop making excuses, I killed her but nothing, you're doing nothing, how will I be eternal now. Devil says you're end is near, by Vaishnavi's hands and it isn't for humans to dream of immortality. Sheel says if this is true, you have to tell me how to avoid it. Devil says you have to make impossible possible, but the way you're doing it, I can se your death easily. Sheel says what are you saying, Maharaj, saying this to frustrate me, tell me the way. Devil says you're foolishness will kill you. Sheel says I don't want to listen to you anymore, neither do I need you, please just go, what ever will be done, will be done my me myself!
Next morning. Vaishnavi does the Aarti (Aum Jai Ambe-Gauri).
Today's Mata Ki Chowki:
Vaishnavi gives us the date and says it is Kaalratri Maa's day, she is dark like the night and so her name is Kaalratri Maa. She does her stuti.
Sheel lights lots of cangles in his dark room.
Story:
After Shumbh and Nishumbh's armies were dead, they started going towards their deaths. Nishumbh says all our powerful Asurs are all dead, but you're still quiet, why, you're sacrificing the whole of the Asurs for one normal woman, why? Shumbh says no, she isn't just ordinary, she is powerful, beautiful. Nishumbh says but Raktabeej. Shumbh stops him saying Raktabeej has a boon, every blood drop turns into Raktabeejs. Nishumbh says why am I scared of this woman then? Shumbh says you don't need to be scared while I'm alive, why do you forget we have a immortality boon from Brahma. Nishumbh says I know, but you forget that a woman. Shumbh stops him and says that woman is my would be wife, why would she kill me, soon Raktabeej will bring her to me. Nishumbh says I hope what you say will happen, but if this doesn't happen then we won't be able to show our faces to the rest of the Asurs. Shumbh says you always talk like this, if this happens then imagine what will happen, everyone would talk about us and we would be famous, I will marry her only or die!
A soldier tells Shumbh Nishumbh to be peaceful for now, gather you're powers and then fight. Shumbh says those who fear death and war, can run away to Pataal, many
Asurs have died, but should I run away from war to save my life or stay quiet? Nishumbh says doing this is against our ancestors. Shumbh says there is no option but to fight.
Nishumbh Shumbh are with their Army at Kaushika Maa and Kali Maa. Kali Maa says to Maa Kaushi that they are here to fight and they haven't realised they have come to their death. Maa Kaushi says if you want you're life, go to Pataal and hide, I warn you, you'll die here. Nishumbh says beautiful, you talk beautifully now, but I don't find you nice, she has introduced herself to you army, fight her now. The army go to attack but Kali Maa pushes them all back with a special attack. Maa Kali says we should start the war now, Maa Kaushi blows a conch and rings a bell too. There is a little Earthquake too.
Shumbh says she is so beautiful, blowing the conch she still is so beautiful, she has killed so many Asurs, but she won't be ours easily, but I will prove this. Shumbh says to Maa stop, you aren't thinking properly, women shouldn't fight, Kali is hotheaded and will be a thorn in your way O Beautiful, I don't think it is right for me to attack you. Maa Kaushi says you've lost your mind, so are speaking like an idiot, you fight with Kali, she'll take you to Yam lok, I'll just watch you. Maa says to Kali Maa kill him. Nishumbh says you'll have to fight me first. Maa says you are alive now, but it is time for you to go to Yam Lok now!
Nishumbh throws a sword at Maa but it joins Kali Maa's sword. Nishumbh throws more weapons but it just joins Maa Kali's. Then Maa Kali throws her sword and beheads Nishumbh. He walks all the way to her headless and Maa cuts his hands off too. Nishumbh dies. The army think about running away. Shumbh says stop, I'm still alive, running away is worst than dying, Kali, you killed my brother, I won't keep you alive. Shumbh goes to attack but Maa Kali throws her sword and cuts both Shumbh's arms off. Shumbh has no arms now. He runs with his head leading the way, but Maa Kali beheads him and he lands next to his brother's corpse.
End of story.
Vaishnavi goes to Badi Maa's room, with Aarti. Vaishnavi notices marks on her neck. Vaishnavi offers her Aarti and Badi Maa takes it and seems sad. Vaishnavi asks her about the marks on her neck and that she is hiding something from her. Badi Maa turns around and walks a bit behind Vaishnavi. Vaishnavi turns around and says Maaji, tell me, what has happened, why has you state become like this, you won't tell your daughter, yesterday you didn't answer me, but today you have to tell me what has happened with you. Badi Maa wipes a tear. Vaishnavi says tell me Maaji, don't be quiet. Badi Maa turns to face Vaishnavi ands says don't worry about me, save yourself, I have done this because a widow stay like this, my husband has died, Sheel Kumar in this house is evil, he can't be my husband, she holds her neck and remembers her being strangled by him. Vaishnavi seems shocked. Badi Maa says Vaishnavi, your prayers saved me, but save yourself Vaishnavi.
