Guys, I'd respectfully disagree. Why the heck would you want Gunjan to REjECT Samrat!! I mean , we have been rooting for her since the day she fell for him, now why would she Reject him!!
It would be a ridiculous and an outlandish thing for her character to do!
As far as i think, the twist is good, cuz up until now Samrat was in this romantic haze, but now reality ahs struck, that there might be a fine chance that Gunjan would want to remain just friends!
This is what we wanted right! that Samrat too feel the insecurity of loving someone without knowing if they loved you or not. To better understand himself and Gunjan.
I feel that as soon as he actually stood before Gunjan , the enormity of his confession and the possible consequences hit him. Now we will find a more vulnerable Samrat , and he might also get to know and understand what Gunjan had been going through all along!
A simple straightforward confession from Samrat would have made Gunjan's pining worthless!
I think the story will only get better now! No offence to neone thinking otherwise.

Samrat needs to go through some of the uncertainty and the doubts that Gunjan has been going through ... a straightforward confession would have made life far too easy for him. And also he needs to see that Gunjan is different from other girls - till now, all the girls have fallen like ninepins for him and he's never ever had to even think about whether they will accept him or no ... now he's finally come out of his high of realising that he loves Gunjan into the doubt of whether Gunjan loves him back - and realise how much it matters to him that she does.
This HAD to happen!
