And i agree, DM should come to this realisation himself and show some real emotion (that we can subsequently dissect for about two weeks 😛) . I don't know if you guys remember but he promised Santu that he would take her to the temple where it all began and worship together with her? That would be such an awesome scene, and place to reveal his feelings (through actions or words, though i would prefer actions- suits his character better). He is a confused guy, who always tries to do the fair thing to bring justice to everyone, and at the moment, as it stands given all the information he has seems like letting her free of her gilded cage is the right thing to do. When she gave him back the MS they flashbacked to the divorce signing scene - why that scene in particular?
