I think next in Kaisa Yeh Pyar Hai will be that we'll find out that Kripa is really pregnant and then Naina Aunty will think that how is it possible because Kripa said they can't have babies

Then Naina Aunty will think that it's Pritvi's child and will be furious but Kripa will do something later to send Angad in jail!!!😉

she wasn't actually raped as far as i know. angad didn't go through with it, he realised what he doing and stopped
