He has another brother and sister from Pankaj and Supriya's side. He's not that close to them actually. He's closer to Ishan because he's kind of brought him up. When Shahid was young, Pankaj was an absent father, so there was no connection between him and his other step siblings, while he lived with Ishan and Neelima. He only got to know Pankaj's kids after he got his own house, but yes, he's all crazy for Ishan. Thats why, there are no pics of Shahid with his other siblings. You can see them in this video though
