Return of the ominous divorce papers...

I am pretty sure the wedding will happen but it's what happens after the wedding that concerns me:

I think those divorce papers will again make an appearance shortly after Vish-kanya returns. I think it will be discovered that the papers were never filed in court or there was some glitch so the divorce never went through. Either that or Mircha trio will get their hands on the papers before Vivek has a chance to file them so the divorce will still not have gone through when Vish returns. This of course will give Vaishali reason to ask for waris from Vishaka because in her eyes Vishaka is still married to Dev! I think Vaishali will consider Radev's marriage invalid and illegal. I think she may even mistreat Rads and forgive Vish. Someone posted an article on this forum and the article says Vish will have realized her mistakes and return with genuine apology. If that happens and Vish genuinely wants to be a good wife, Vaishali will no doubt take Vish's side over Rads. Remember: Vish has no clue that RaDev love eachother or that the original rishta came for Rads, not her. If dadi hasn't told Vaishali yet that Rads is Dev's DG she will probably not tell anyone else, including Vish. My fear is that seeing Vish's genuine attempt to be a good wife and CB, Rads will once again step aside and let Vish have Dev. My only glimmer of hope is what she told Dev: "I won't be able to return this rishta". The Creatives must make her stand by her words otherwise everything is finished and we are back to square one. So this whole thing really depends on Rads. If she goes back to being the self sacrificing lamb she was, the story will be a flop. But is she rises like a tigress and fights for her rights (the rights which never belonged to Vish in the first place), then the story can move forward. Regardless of whether or not Vish is really sorry about everything, we know Dev will never accept her because he never loved her, he loves only Rads. However, Rads has a way of swaying him and convincing him to do "the right thing". And if she says "if you really love me and want to honor our love for eachother please accept Vishaka as your wife, she is really repenting her mistakes" then we are screwed and so is the RaDev love story and marriage. That's why I think those divorce papers will rear their ugly heads again. Think about it...if it were that simple Vivek would've mentioned that he filed the papers already and the divorce is done. The Creatives are distracting us with the sweet RaDev moments and wedding preparations so that we temporarily forget about the divorce papers. But if those unfiled papers show up when Vish does, there will be serious consequences.

I agree...I simply can't settle for one or two days or even just a week of wedding happiness and then all problems afterwards. I know there have to be problems and situations in order for the story to build, but I am willing to watch anything as long as RaDev stay together and battle their problems as a united couple. I won't tolerate Rads giving Dev back to Vishaka and going back on her promises to him. I don't care what calamities happen as long as RaDev are fighting them together and Rads is getting stronger and stronger.

Well, I guess if it's down to Vaishali and Rads, then I would prefer Vaishali being the one to get Vish through the doors of PB, definitely not Rads. I cannot bear to watch Rads hand Dev over to Vish again. Poor Dev, as if he's a rag doll. Hopefully she sticks by her word and doesn't give the rishta back to Vishaka because I tell you, that would probably be it for me. I don't think I have the strength to wait through another 200 episodes before RaDev are together as husband and wife!

I would think Mircha trio would be happy if Rads became CB instead of Vish because they know Rads' child wouldn't be accepted as waris or successor to RP gaddhi. If Vish comes back and Vaishali pushes for project waris through her, wouldn't that upset the trio's plans to usurp the gaddhi and get all the wealth?

Finally, I really hope someone from both families brings up the fact that Vish has been out of the house for so long in the company of "paraye mard" (outside men) and someone questions her pavitrata (purity). These folks care so much about rasams dating back so many generations, don't they care that the supposed daughter-in-law of the house could've slept her way through Mumbai to become a movie star? I really wish Dev would tell Dadi and the family about the producer incident. Nobody ever even apologized to Rads for misunderstanding her and throwing her out! O.k. I need to stop, my blood pressure is rising.
