it has been happening a lot since many days
before without loggin i cud read many msgs except the update or some member info but now that annoyin thingi comes in between

yes cb, your right..the form appears only when you browse without logging in...if you are logged in, then that form does not pop up

yes there was a wave of incidents that happened forcing vijay to post that... especially since many people put up their photos in their avtaars....

and many many members register just to spam (advertise their own yahoo group/money making site blah blah).... hence, the other one is to put them off from doing so... 😊
