why my signature wont get erased ?

I tried to erase my signature but it keeps showing the signature, i also selected the option of not to attach my signature with my posts, still it keeps showing the sign.
What should I do ?

Infact it's not only signature that I can't erase off but some of my contact info too

For Signatures & Banner Options: Go to settings then preferences, click No for Show Signature + Banner Avatars. Then click on submit.

If there error still exists log out, clear cookies & check.
