Sorry modz if this thread isn't allowed, but I just HAD to write this- please do PM me before closing this thread (if you do).
and my apologies for this unprofessional thread

Firstly I don't know if u guyz know the real reason why Gagan dear is leaving.

I've been on this forum for years (ever since it started!- frm 2004- jst forgot my ID😆).

I've seen Gagan's VOLUNTARY hard work...she's done so so SO MUCH for us! I don't think some of u guyz even realise this!!! Even in the DMG forum...I remember her audios threads and all the first DMG video episodes she had posted especially for us.

And then here in the MJHT forum!...she's organised so many events, posted LIVE written updates and contests...and helped moderate our forum!

EVEN voted as the Sweetest Dev Team member here in the MJHT members awards
(I wasn't even suprised to know this!-anyone can see why!!!)

All the MJHT Dev team members have spent so much of their valuable time in order to run this forum- its harder than it looks! (trust me on this one!!!), and its so sad to know that she's leaving us😭

I'm going to REVEAL the truth of why she's leaving! (I'm not part of the MJHT Dev team or anything - I'm just a regular member here like all of u guyz (so I'M NOT BIASED either)- I only found this out by PMing here- as she's a friend of mine)
- but she seems really upset about some of the members of this forum😭- and I can't stand seeing ANY of my friends upset for someone else's fault!

This girl is so sweet guyz , she didn't even mention a word about why she's leaving in this forum, ...just gave a resignation without a reason
...Why? becoz she didn't want to see US get upset by this

I'm posting this thread without even asking her or any member of the Dev team!
(I'm being FORCED to do this (probably against her wishes) becoz I feel that we all DESERVE to know the reason!😡):

She seemed heartbroken because people were accusing her of biasedness against SG fans!

^^Which is NOT TRUE!

- I'm not going to sit here and watch innocent members leave this forum with such false accusations!- NOT gonna happen

I don't get it!

The Dev Team members HAVE to be strict. I know no one likes getting in to trouble with them...but they HAVE to be strict and follow the rules- that's what they're for- to maintain DISCIPLINE in the forum (or else this forum would go out of control). Why are we accusing sweet people like Gagan of biasedness? I'm a MEGA Sajan fan...and I've NEVER EVER thought of her as biased. These members spend so much of their valuable time...and all done voluntarily!

There is NO SUCH THING as:
Mayur vs. Sajan OR Arti vs. Monaya

Sanaya and Rati are good friends, and so are Arjun and Mohit! So why this nonsense war? (its a waste of time!)

Can we please stop hurting other people's feelings on this forum

Believe it or not, even Dev team members have feelings ! And writing these type of comments behind their back is so inpolite and RUDE

and because of this...she's LEAVING this forum

Please don't leave Gagan di😭, just ignore these comments from these type of people, ur the best moderator ever (honestly). This thread is to prove to you than no one here thinks you're biased! Just please don't leave.🤗🤗🤗

guyz (her friends esp.) please back me up....I don't want to see anyone being heartbroken esp. GAGAN!

Thanks for this thread... Although, I haven't read your entire post yet.. Time constraint, I want to request Gagan to stay back because IMO she is the only FAIR Mod on this forum who keeps her personal vengence aside when making decision. Honestly, if Gagan is not moderating this forum, I wouldn't like to be moderated here at all..

awww!! this is really sad...everyones fighting over FICTIONAL characters and hurting REAL peoples feeling!!

you know what...forget it, im not gonna be all polite and give a peace message like i was gonna. i hope you guys are happy!! every veteran member is leaving becasue of the dumbest WAR ever heard of in this world...!! great job guys! hope you guys are really proud of yourselves.

This is absolutely sad, Gagan we all love you much dear, ur like the sweetest moderator ive come across, please don't leave us. Just because of some members accusing you , you can't leave us like this and leave the forum. Thanks Kanya for posting this thread and thanks for the PM.

i think she chose the right opion before the situations cud go out of hand it's actually better to resign,

we have always loved her and will always do no matter she's a mod or just an ordinary member.

I personally don't know Gagan but I can tell that she does alot of good work for MJHT forums, I really didn't know the reason as to why she's leaving so thanks Kanya for letting me know, I'm sad, because people try to create differences between MaYur or SaJan and that's NOT how it is, it's MJHT and it's as simple as that! I in my experience never saw Gagan being biased in any way, yes we all have our choices but that doesn't mean accusing people, I'm sad that even a da like today came as the atmosphere of MJHT forum was so tensed and I hated it as MJHT forumsare so much fun which is the reason why I come on it!

Gagan if you read this please don't leave, I know your upset, but what about the other people who don't think of you that way or accuse you?? Please do reconsider and I hope you stay! 😊

OMG!! What's happened?? Gagan don't leave please. Atleast stay for those who care about you. Just because of some idiots, don't leave the forums. We know that you aren't biased so please don't leave. I understand it can be heartbreaking to constantly get tormented, but please don't leave. At the end of this, your mind still hasn't changed then do go. I don't want you to feel guilty over it. No matter, wether you go or stay, your still can be sweet Gagan :]

Gagan, we havnt really met before but i think i know you as much as i should because the entire forum speaks of you always in good! TrUst me on this.

You are an Excellant DT member and you shouldnt leave tat position because of immature people passing comments.

you are well respected on the forum, from what i have seen, and perhaps even the most fairest, that is whhy im asking you dont go.

Whoever said you were biased against SG, are completely insane, because you are very fair with SG and MN fans, its hard to find mods like you nowadays, who are not biased.

Whoever said that must have been very frustrated or very sleepy, coz no on ein teir right mind would call you biased, trust me.

So please dont leave from DT member position,

you are LOVED in tis forum, and respected a LOT!

Even if some say you are biased you have a whole group of SG and MN fans behind you to have your back.

Please dont leave. Tis forum will become a mess without you.

Thanks for the post. I hope the ppl who are baselessly accusing the MOST fair mod in this forum of bias will THINK a bit now.

I would love for Gagan to be back cuz I admire the sincerity with which she TRULY tries to help everyone. But I can understand her decision as well....I wouldn't wish for any one to have to deal with the petty politics of this forum the way Gagan has had to for so long.....if only ppl could GROW UP!

I have talked with Gagan too today.
She is the best and will stay the best forever.
she has done alot for this forum and ppl cant jst see that.
please dont leave GAGAN. we need you.
your love and caring friends needs you.
who cares about others.. but we us your true friends care abt you..
