many things... to be gentle, though, i'll list a few that are hopefully not too controversial:
1 - film fraternity (they make it sound like it's such a nice family atmosphere, but really, they have the worst politics)
2 - heart of gold
3 - brutal honesty (you can get away with the worst of things if you are brutally honest)
4 - ultra diplomacy
i think i'll leave it at that as of now....

i hate how people have this mindset that actresses should stop acting once they are married. not a huge fan of aish but i am glad that she stood up for wanting to act and still does it. love kajol as well for coming in movies.

it makes sense that once you have kids you want to concentrate on them, but they should make comebacks because other people with different careers work after marriage and after kids!

Shitty "actresses" who stand in a frame like a show piece but make it big anyways because they're eye candy.

Great suggestions everyone! ....I dont like the fact that there isnt an official box office figures website.... I want an official website representing the fraternity.. which gives out the "real" box office figures.. I want the government to intervene.. and create a bollywood box office figures website..lolz.. Cuaz I dont believe half of the boxoffice outcomes of the movies that are given to us!

Ummm does the media count ?

I hate the fact how they have to pair up every co-star or say that they had a ''fight'' and arent friends anymore

1) Nepotism: i.e. acting/direction is in my genes/blood
2) Salary differences between male and female actors (and I am sure it is similar in other departments as well)
3) Hypocrisy: standing by members of the "film fraternity" in whatever they do even if its criminal.
4) Disregard for quality in cinema
5) Plagiarism from foreign Cinema, as well as from Indian writers who are not as well connected.
6) Film awards which are given out just to please the important members of the fraternity : Entertainer of the year award, power award, power couple, breakthrough performance, actor who had a debut that was better than the other debut, but since he is not a star son lets make up a new award just for him, instead of giving him the actual debut award.
7) Publicity of films by creating fake link ups (yes Tips I am talking about you).
8) Directors who think they are all that and refuse to take any criticism, while lifting foreign films (SLB comes to mind)

The thing I hate the most is, the word BOLLYWOOD. It is taken after Hollywood and I believe every industry has its own identity and should not be taken after another.

I prefer to call it Hindi Cinema.
